Refunds & Cancellations
Raymondpetersgfx does not provide refunds for any series of projects unless agreed upon. Wanting to use another designer or having buyers remorse is not a suitable means for a refund. Once payment has been made, the project will begin and the final design will be returned to the client/customer in the turnaround time frame given (Note: Turnaround times vary amongst projects or amount of projects. An ample 1-2 business days may be needed because there may be revisions that need to be done. If you would like to cancel an order you have already paid for and the design process has begun (either deposit or full amount), Raymondpetersgfx will not refund any of the payment already received.
Revisions
Revisions are limited to 3 per project.
Revision fee starts @ 15$ Once a project has been finalized, so Carefully review your project as much as possible, to avoid unnecessary delays, or extra fees.
Deposits & Payments
All payments must be made using PayPal or Remitly.
Full payment is required to commence the project; 60% down-payments may be considered if asked.
All payments are non refundable, including deposits. Only in the case that By Raymondpetersgfx decides to discontinue a project due to personal reasons will a refund be issued.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times for single services vary from 4 – 7 business days, depending upon the service.
Rush fees can only be applied to single services such as business cards/flyers. An adequate amount of time to design each project is needed for you to receive the highest quality work.
In the event that clients have not provided the necessary information to initiate/progress/conclude projects, turnaround times may be extended. Please allow within 12-24 hours to get a response back from us.
